Picked up, and watched 'The Good, The Bad and the Ugly' on BluRay recently. Amazing film. Amazing music. I watched the finale another two times after finishing - awesome.
I've seen it before, but the HD version is a significant upgrade and well worth replacing the DVD.

Watched the Community Halloween episode, it was hilarious. Also watched parts of Rocky Horror.
Now I'm about to watch my mini-Halloween marathon.

Watched Halloween, Halloween II, and Halloween 20 Years Later. I watch that "trilogy" every single Halloween, and I enjoyed it this year as much as ever.

Watched the premier of The Walking Dead last night. The production values and acting are top notch, especially for a TV production. It doesn't exactly reinvent the wheel zombie-wise, but it's intriguing enough that I'll watch next week.

Riverworld '98 As enjoyable as the newer miniseries.....and a different take
The Ghost Writer very interesting. Recommended

Just watched The Big 4 Live ( Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax ), awesome! Slayer playing Raining Blood the highlight of the dvd for me. Kerry King on guitar doesn't get any better then that.

I know SPLICE got a lot of very *mixed* reviews, but the wife and I saw it in the theater and we liked it a lot. I need to get this one on DVD. J.N. |
