Dope that I am, I never mentioned on here that I had read the story that Mark had come up with for me as the prize for the Midnight Shift drawing. Well, I did, and it was great. Mark turned a rather odd hobby I have and used it for a launching pad for a quick little thriller with a shock ending. I won't mention the hobby, just so that people come into it clean, but I think everyone will enjoy it when they get a chance to read it.

Mark and Tom: Thanks for having the contest, and writing up a fine tale. It will be interesting to see in print!

Damn, now I'm coming up with all kinds of other interesting ideas for Steve. lol

It was a wonderful experience, getting to talk with Steve, learning about him, incorporating what I learned into a tale. I'm really happy Steve liked it, and I hope those who read it find it an enjoyable story as well.
