It didn't look like you posted this here Lee, so I will if that's okay. We've got an excellent brand new story by Lee Thompson in the latest issue of Dark Discoveries (#18) called "Crawl" (along with great new stuff from Joe Lansdale, Gene O'Neill, Nick Mamatas and my co-editor Jason V Brock - plus interviews and profiles of Christopher Lee, F. Paul Wilson, Caniglia, Jill Bauman, Allen K and others). It was actually a super close miss for #1 in a writing contest I co-sponsored a couple of years ago (Blu Gilliand's story "Pun'kin" grabbed 1st and was published in DD #17). But I liked Lee's story so much that I ended up picking it up for DD anyway and here it is. Lee is an excellent up and coming writer and this is another example of his talent. - James darkdiscoveries.com

Thanks, James. You made my day back in that Cafe Doom contest before I'd ever sold a story (the money from the contest actually bought my first two limited editions: a Nolan and a Piccirilli.) Love DD. You guys strut with substance.
