Steve & whomever: Roy complained of vision problems in Austin, which turned out to be a detached retina. He had laser surgery I believe yesterday, and is resting quietly now. But he has a gas bubble in that eye now. Not sure how serious that might be. I'll pass along whatever I find out.

I was lucky enough to spend quite a bit of time with Roy over the WHC weekend all of which I enjoyed, so I hope this is just a minor blip for him.
