Show of hands, who has gotten this digital collection? If you haven't, you need to. It's a wonderful buffet of Knight's work, and the thing is the stories are not only gripping and exciting, but they are also emotionally powerful.

I would expect no less from Sir Knight. I just picked this set up and can't wait to dig in. :-)

If I had to pick two favorites they would be "Go Girls Rule!" which I think is a very engaging and intriguing piece that puts me a bit in mind of McCammon's "Night Calls the Green Falcon", as well as the gut-wrenching and devasting "Dakota" which I will call a masterpiece, and I don't throw that word around lightly.

I guess Tom or Brian will have to answer that, I know some of the digitals are planned to come out in print to a limited degree, but I find shorts are perfect for digital. If you change your mind, this is one not to miss.

I have it, and have read the title story 'Sister'. Brutal, engaging stuff. Pure Knight.
It's on my e-reader in the car (for when in the midst of a traffic jam). I've never looked so forward to a bank-up of cars in my life.

Enjoyed reading all the stories. But the two I liked the most were Sister and Dakota. Dakota was a powerful little story. When reading it you could feel the heartbreak of the mother and the acceptance of the daughter as the story went on. Don't want to say to much more and spoil the story for someone.

I'm happy you enjoyed it. Dakota was a very difficult story to write.

Dakota was a very difficult story to write. Especially difficult for me to read as I have a daughter by the same name. Emotional stuff, but that's why I loved this piece.

I picked the name because it began with a D. There were two girls where I live, both friendly with my daughters, who had cancer. Most of you have probably heard about Devon (Shocklines pulled together for her and raised money to help with mounting doctor bills). Devon, unfortunately, died. The other girl is Destiny. I heard about her following Devon's death. She beat the cancer and is still alive and well.
