I ordered Lee Thompson's new digital novella, paid through paypal...and now I don't know what to do? Am I supposed to get an email with a link or something in order to actually access the story? I apologize, I'm not very adept at this technological stuff, and the only other digital things I've ordered were through Horror Mall and I just downloaded PDF files which isn't an option here. So if someone could please advise me exactly how I'm go about accessing the story I purchased, I'd appreciate it.
Yours truly, A Computer Illiterate

I couldn't order it. No way to log in. Waiting for a response from an email to SP.

Once you buy it, I think it's Tom or Billie that sends out the links. It's not automatic.

Hello, guys! First off, my apologies for any confusion and annoyance this has caused. We're honestly not trying to make it difficult to buy our books! First off, when you place an order, it shows up as ORDER PLACED on tracking system. As soon as I change the status to ORDER CLOSED, an email is sent out with links to the book. Also, when you're signed on to your account, you should see all of your downloads on your account info page. Just click on DOWNLOADS. As for the issue with passwords, we made a change shortly after opening the site which apparently affected the dozen or so customers who had already created accounts. Razz, I believe that you should have received an email on how to access your account and reset your password. If anyone else is having this issue, please drop me a line. Again, VERY sorry for the confusion. Tom

I ordered and received the book without issue. It's on my Kindle now, ready to go. ;-)

Okay, so I clicked the links sent to me, and just got a page saying that the file was downloaded, but I don't know where it's downloaded TO, can't find it. I know I'm showing my stupidity here, but if Sideshow decided to also start offering a PDF option, I wouldn't cry. :-p

I found mine on my download page. It doesn't go where the stuff from Amazon goes. So, if you have a place where all your downloads go, check there first. If not, do a search for the titles - (in Explorer?) I rarely use PCs. Been using a Mac for a long time. When you find it, click on the file and it should open in Kindle. Once you open it in Kindle, it will be in your library. I started to download mine and backed out. Don't do that! I lost the link so I ended up downloading one of my books in Epub. Okay, so I clicked the links sent to me, and just got a page saying that the file was downloaded, but I don't know where it's downloaded TO, can't find it. Thanks for ordering Kresby, Razz, Chris, Doug, and Mark! And don't feel bad, Mark. I'm the same way. LOL.
