A HUGE thank you to all who have already shopped on the new site (and to all who have had to endure the effects of opening day gremlins!). D'Ann has been working her tail off correcting these hiccups as they pop up, and we've got most of them smoothed out. A couple things that have already been addressed: 1) International Shipping -- The issue with international orders has been fixed, and we've got the orders to prove it... 2) Create an account -- We have activated the ability for customers to create accounts. I erroneously turned it off. This will allow people to keep track of purchases and organize their downloads. If you downloaded something and you still didn't receive the email with the links, let me know and I'll get it right to you. 3) Newsletter -- D'Ann is currently working on this one. We've packed up the orders and they will be going out tomorrow. At that point, we'll see how the tracking system works... (fingers crossed!). Tom

That's fast turn-around. I recently had two different orders with another publisher, and both times it took them two weeks from the time my payment was made and cleared to mail my books, and then only after I sent a support ticket asking why my orders hadn't shipped. Sideshow Press has always gotten their books out in a timely manner.
