First let me say how great the site looks!
1. Will there be an international shipping code (PLEASE!)
2. Will there be a layaway option?
3. Will breaking Eggs be available in hardcover?

Jason, There is a reserve section for preorders, basically you order the book and then we bill it when we get it. Similar to horror mall's preorder system. It's not layaway, but we're announcing the book two months ahead of time with the price. I'm not sure about actual layaway, we're still experimenting with the system. If we can get something to work that will accomodate customers interested in layaway, we'll do it for sure. There's an international shipping code, it's in the blog on the site, it's "INTERNATIONAL". Yes, breaking eggs will be done in a limited hardcover version. |

I want to play too. ;D I agree - the site looks GREAT - made me want to order more than I came there for.  1. After you pay with Paypal, do you need to return to your site to complete the order? (I think that's how I screwed up my order - email sent this morn) 2. Will you expand the website to include cover/description of all books published by Sideshow? (obviously, I think that would be cool and it would show what books are in each "line") 3. Will POISONING EROS be released in TPB? (I've been waiting for the sequel for years - but can't afford the HC  ) Thanks, Jan |

Yeah, I didn't go back to the site after ordering BREAKING EGGS, and I never got an order confirmation. But my PayPal transaction went through. I've GOT TO HAVE THAT NEWMAN CHAPBOOK!!!!!!!!
Please tell me you got my order......

I still get the error:
Oops the product : BREAKING EGGS by Newton & Soares [TP] cannot be shipped to Australia. To continue with your transaction please remove this product from the list above
This comes up after I have put in the shipping and billing details and select "Make a Purchase". Hopefully my e-mail to Tom and Billie from yesterday time stamp qualifies me for the Newman chapbook (I'll admit, I like freebies, and Newman SSP freebies...love the thought of that).

Please tell me you got my order...... Hey - I thought you had to ask 3 questions to post on this thread. ;D Hopefully there are enough of the freebie chapbooks to cover quirks in the new system.  In addition to modifying the choices after paying with Paypal, could you include access to providing a note with the Paypal payment? I would have liked to mention that the order included the Newman freebie. Thanks, Jan |

You can choose to either return to the site or check out your Paypal info. When testing it out, we always returned to the site.2. So sorry about that. D'Ann figured out the problem a little while ago (we had to trigger a couple switches..) and it's working fine now! I'll hold on to a chapbook for you...
