WOO HOO!! I get to start a thread in The Crypt!!
I am an unashamed old school metal head. Lately I've been getting into a newer band that seems to "get it." Icarus Witch. I found their first EP "Roses On White Lace" for $1.00 and I'm ashamed to say that I just found out it's actually a cover of an Alice Cooper song. I can't shake the feeling I should have known that!
Anyway, I'm listening to Accept, and Sabbath with Dio (R.I.P.) "Ear In The Wall." Damn that lineup kicks megatons of ass!!
So, what music makes you thrash about?!

I'm listening to some of the scariest instrumental music I've heard. The band is named Lustmord and the album is Rising. Very creepy and atmospheric. Makes me think of a desolate landscape inhabited by whale-like behemoths. I think I'll just cower in some corner and hope they don't see me.

I can't stop listening to the new Adele. Now that's real pop music the way it should be done, not some auto-tuned nonsense they use as an excuse to let young girls dance around with little on.

Currently listening to the '81 German version of Breaking The Chains, which was released as a Don Dokken solo album. It's a bit changed from the 83 US release.
In the Jeep cd player is Silvertide - Show and Tell.

I thought this would be a good place to bring up a good listening site for fans of audio horror short stories& that is pseudopod.org/. Last week they even had one by Brian Hodge that some of us Crypters might be familiar with. |
