A thread for my chapbook THE REVEREND'S POWDER. Feel free to discuss. Here's a brief description:
THEN: Reverend Billy Simms has healed tens of thousands during his two decades as a faith healer, and his reputation as “the real thing” draws thousands of the sick, the weak, and the wounded. Against his better judgment, Matthew agrees to accompany his cancer-stricken sister to the faith revivalist’s assembly. A skeptic at heart, he recognizes the reverend as a fraud, but can’t help but to feel hope as his sister’s condition seems to improve. Two days later, she is dead. NOW: As Reverend Simms stands naked, unconscious, and strapped to a hand truck, Matthew has a decision to make. He has reached a fork; one road stretching toward forgiveness and the other descending into bloody revenge. From the author of BLOOD SPRING comes a story of love, loss, and revenge.

I'm hearing good things as far as sales numbers. Thanks again to any and all who've picked up a copy. For those of you that haven't, remember, only 100 were printed for the trade paperbacks. Just sayin...

Thanks for the kind words all. I've heard rumors that DEMON will be out next summer (fingers crossed). There's also a super secret antho I'm working on with a couple of other loser writers. Keep your ears open for news.

So, I just heard that we're over halfway to selling out both the TB and HC editions of The Reverend's Powder. Also, the sequel, Consecrated Highways is written and sold. No news on a release yet and I can't share much more than that... BUT The sequel does show what happens to Matt post his nasty encounter with the good Reverend Simms and Tony and the zombie powder. Also, it is a hell of a lot darker than TRP. If that's even possible. So, if you haven't picked up a copy of TRP, I hope you will so you can enjoy it and this upcoming sequel while smoking a pipe and sitting next to the fire. Well, maybe not smoking a pipe and sitting next to the fire. But you are going to want both sitting next to each other on the bookshelf. That I guarantee. sideshowpressonline.com/?page_id=4&category=5&product_id=7

FYI, I'll have a few copies of the LE paperback with me at KillerCon. So, if you wants one and you'll be there, you can buys it.
Or if you have a copy and you'll be there and want it personalized, I'll deface it with glee.
