What's Your favorite story in Dark Discoveries?

To continue this idea, what's your favorite story in DD?

No counting your own story either guys (LOL)!

I'm working on a BEST OF Dark Discoveries book for next year. This will be from the first 5 years of the magazine (Issues #1 - #12) so if you want to pick something from that that's fine. (You can also pick something from newer issues too for this poll if you'd like) I will probably include a number of the stories that got honorable mentions and award nominations as well as fan favorites.

James you HAVE to include James Newman's "Dirty Black Summer." That story is one of the most powerful I've ever read. So you hear me, I'm not just suggesting, I'M GIVING AN ORDER! ;-p

Mark, James' story is on my list as a possible title. I'm planning on doing a survey sometime this fall with a number of story titles from the first twelve issues for people to vote on.

It will also depend on what is avaible to reprint, etc.

So vote everybody!

Brett's story is definitely on my list as well, Paul!

It's always nice to see someone's story I published get another life, but when it also inspires somebody to do a whole book for the author because of that, it's even more rewarding.

Keep them coming folks! In a month or two, i'll have sent out my survey and i'll post the complete list of potential stories here as well.
