So where the hell are the Knight and Thompson? Not on the Sideshow Digital web page. All that's there is The Smell of Cherries and The Buzz of Flies. I believe these won't be out until the New Year.

Whoa! My apologies, but things got a bit hectic over here the past couple weeks, so those two books didn't get put up yet. They will be up by the end of the week. Hey, Mark. I actually haven't been doing them as pdfs only because the other files can now easily be read on your computer with a Calibre or Mobipocked Reader download (which, in my humble opinion, looks just as good if not better than the pdfs). If you'd like, I can supply a link or two? T Hey Tom, are your digital books available as PDF files?

As for anyone else wondering where the hell the Thompson and Knight are, my apologies. I intended on getting all three digital offerings up in the beginning of the month, but time got away from me a bit (and the new baby and holidays took a big chunk out of the month as well). My plan was to have the releases featured in our winter newsletter as well, but that's been taking me a little longer than expected. We're excited about this new line, and we wanted to make sure it got the attention we think it deserved.
The Thomson novelette will be released tomorrow with the Knight book to debut on Friday. We'll also be announcing a couple new titles for the digital line very soon.
Thanks all for your patience.
Tom

Hey Tom, I would appreciate some links to get these reader downloads. I have the Kindle ap on my computer, so if that one can work I'll use it, but I do want to get some of these and want to make sure I can actually read them. :-p

Thanks for the update Tom and a HUGE congrats on the new baby. I'm especially excited about some new Knight. Sorry if my over-exuberance seemed a bit rude.

Last night at the Sideshow Press website I was thrilled to see The Smell of Cherries by Jeffrey Goddin available as a download. I had preordered this as a regular book when the Shocklines store was still running. I think I'll get the download and wait for the Sideshow Press book to be released.

Steve. I first read "The Smell of Cherries" in my early teens, and it became one of my favorite short stories, to the point where I read it with my English class every year. I, too, tried to order that Jeff Goddin collection only to find out that the publisher closed without releasing the book. After debating it for many years, I finally got in touch with Jeff to find out what he was up to and to see if he would be up to a digital release of "Cherries". Obviously, he was up for it... For those waiting for the hardcover, it will have four stories. Mr. Goddin can write, and I, for one, am ecstatic to see him back in the genre. This mini-collection will definitely garner him some more fans. T Last night at the Sideshow Press website I was thrilled to see The Smell of Cherries by Jeffrey Goddin available as a download. Tom-There was also a Chet Williamson book from that same publisher I wanted. I'm not sure of the title. I preordered that too at Shocklines but never got the book.
