I'm pretty sure there are still a few copies of the HCs left--maybe HM just doesn't have them up yet.
Previous collectors had first chance. But whatever hasn't been ordered are available now.

I just returned home to find my HC waiting--very high production values. Loved the pipe on the cover for reasons one might guess...if they'd read GRAMS.
