Here's a 1st look at the Lettered Edition of Lisa Morton's, The Lucid Dreaming that I'm making up for Roy over at Bad Moon Books. These are the 1st 10 complete copies. I'm making up the rest this week. I made this cover material custom just for this project-- I offset the spine text with a line from the first page of the book. Just in case the photo doesn't translate well, it says, "What a long strange trip it's been..." And heavy linen endsheets with a custom graphic-- If your waiting on your copy, I'll have these finished up today or tomorrow and will be shipping them out to Roy this week. Thanks for looking! ~C

Wow, those look fantastic. I love the psychedelic cloth pattern (and endsheets), and that cryptic stamp on the front really adds to the dream theme. I'm also really digging the quote on the spine...very cool touch.
Once again, great stuff.

Thanks, man.
And, I was able to finish the last of these up this morning, so Roy will definitely have these next week. :-)

This does look great. Happy to be adding one of these to the collection (which means the chance of a good close look at Chris's work).

Awesome, I hope you guys like it. It' certainly different than anything I've done before for two reasons; one, the custom bookcloth, that was the first time for me and second, I used silk screen for the cover rather than stamping. I was going to use foil, but...let's just say, they should line frying pans with that cloth, won't shit stick to it! lol So, I went with silk screening.
Thanks for the compliments, guys. :-)

I already know you da man. haha No offense taken, my friend. Hope it didn't sound that way. I was pretty sure you'd seen something I'd done before. It sounded in your post like you never had. I was pretty sure though. lol Anyway, it's a pretty cool book. I think you'll like it. And like I mentioned, the story is wonderful. :-) ~C
