Yep, got mine yesterday, too.
Echoing Leigh's comments, The First Cut line continues to impress. Nice work, guys.

Thanks to all who have picked this one up. I thought that that white stamping looked pretty cool, so I was hoping others would agree...
I also thought that the new binder did a fantastic job of matching the look of THE COMPANION. I was a bit worried about that.

T I think the binder did a great job of matching to THE COMPANION as well, Tom. If I hadn't known it was a different binder, it would be hard to have picked it. Hopefully this one proves more reliable.

Thanks, Leigh. So far, this guy has been great. Very prompt, good communication, and a solid attention to details. I think he's going to work out just fine.

Thanks, Gene! It was great seeing you, too. But let's make it clear...people hung out with me because I'm a good-lookin' dude. People hung out with Erik because he had blackmail material. Just saying. Oh, and he had a car.
Hope to see you in Austin, friend! If so, try to stear clear of the Gord guy...I hear he's trouble.

It's um, like, 2 feet from where I live. See ya there! :-) Now, the trick is...talking TOM into gettin' his ass down here. I will buy top shelf shots for anybody that helps for that one. ~C

Chris, I think the trick is to get Tom shots before he realizes he's on a plane. I wouldn't waste my top-shelf stuff on that, though. That guy will do mat shots from what I hear.
Of course, he'll have a four-month old by that time, so it might be a lot easier to get him out of the house than you'd think.

Hey! I bet if you let him do belly shots off of you he'd come down here! lol

Late to the show, I know.
Just wanted to let you know how much I loved this book. The Money Run stories were great. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a FREAKIN' AWESOME. Mr. Anderson I truly hope we see more of that world.

lenny,
Thanks a ton - I'm glad you enjoyed it (although "FREAKING AWESOME" isn't a numerical rating).
For the next Money Run installment, my contribution to this round of SSP Chapbook Series is something called THE UNUSUAL EVENTS OF A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AT BIG K'S TRUCK STOP AND FINE DINING EMPORIUM - A MONEY RUN TALE.
thanks, Sam
